Mable F. Yee

CEO & Founder of JETTIX

Mable is a Tech CEO who has 40+ years experience in the industry. She has deep expertise in start up formation of companies from concept to exit strategies. Mable has extensive global networks which raised private equity capital from angel, international, corporate and venture capitalists. Mable has successfully built organizations, developed entrepreneurs and recruited experienced board members to asisst them. Her latest start up is in the Data Informatics space incorporating AI and ML technologies. She continues to advise founders in a wide range of industries: Web 3.0, AI/ML, VR/AR and Cybersecurity.

She was Co-Founder and CEO of Soleil Network Technologies which was the first system to display realtime management and diagnostics of network traffic between distributed networks. They were the first to develop a system on the Microsoft OS Network utilizing their GUI interface. Soleil was later acquired and merged into CoroNet Systems. She was also Co-Founder and CEO of Kiracom. KiraCom is an Application Service technology delivering targeted web content to companies and clients. It was the first to offer a unique email interface that offered integrated permission, incentives, privacy capabilities to clients and users. The technology helped clients achieve high click through rates as high as 55-75% for ads and surveys sent to their target membership. The system was able to gather user behavior by tracking their activities, deliver user data anlysis about how the content was utilized and began to make predictive use of the data.

Prior to her tech start ups she spent 20 years "cutting her teeth" and working for Fortune 500 corporate leaders Xerox Corporation, Ashton Tate & Network General. She launched software and hardware products into global markets. Among her accomplishments, she launched Xerox' first desktop laser printer achieving $125 Million sales in 18 months which was manufactured in Japan. She started her career in Sales and Management and moved to Marketing headquarters in Rochester, N. Y., Los Angeles and Silicon Valley.

Mable's many awards include the Woman of the Year, California State Assembly, Progressive Voices Fellow, Women’s Media Center and National Asian American Professionals’ Top 100 Asians. She has appeared on national media, spoken at national conferences on technology, marketing, diversity and women’s leadership. Mable has sat on national leadership boards and actively advises tech start ups in new disruptive tech fields.

 

M. GARY WONG

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER & CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Gary has 40+ years of extensive success in a wide range of business industries.  For 17 years, he was President of Westlake Global Management, Inc. and Westlake Realty. As Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer he ran both organizations and had overall responsibility for the company’s operations, policies, financial performance and strategic relationships. Westlake Realty had a real estate portfolio in excess of $600 million in shopping centers, commercial and residential properties. The company also had real estate, technology and business investments in global markets including China, Japan, India and Mexico.

Prior to Westlake, Gary served as Chief Financial Officer for two start-up technology companies in Silicon Valley.  He has significant experience involving both domestic and international transactions aggregating over $5.5 billion. From 1982 to 1997, Gary served as Senior Vice President-Investment Banking for Wedbush Morgan Securities.  As co-head of its Technology Practice, Gary was responsible for managing public offerings, venture and private equity investments, sell-side mergers and acquisitions and grew the securities company from $300 MM to $1.1 billion in assets.

At Wedbush Morgan Securities, Gary was Vice President-Senior Leasing Officer with Bank of America.  He helped build a fledgling leasing operation into a world-class operation, starting with $300 million in assets and increasing it to $2+ billion.

Gary received his Bachelor of Arts and MBA from University of California at Berkeley.

 

Craig Kuwahara

Vice president OF ENGINEERING

Craig has spent 30 years in the Telecommunications, Electronic Design Automation and wireless industries.  He has successfully led design and development teams to bring hardware and software products to the marketplace. Craig has strong expertise in the FPGA and ASIC design industry designing products for global markets working for Intel, Cadence, Alcatel, Lockheed, Liga and Litepoint.

Craig has a wide range of experience from early stage start ups working with limited resources to working in large mature defense companies. He is familiar with the pressing needs to develop products and hit milestones under tight time frames with restrictive budgets.

He has worked with several non-profit organizations in supporting multicultural leadership development including EngageHer.org, JETTIX STEAMSports Academy, AAU Sports and Ohtani Basketball organization. He enjoys photography and video creation supporting multiple organizations. He is active in Japanese American, internment and community organizations.

He holds a Bachelors of Science in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and a Masters of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California. 

 

KYLE Kuwahara

Director - Software engineer & Intern manager

Kyle is responsible for developing new products, media and services for JETTIX. He is the Co-Manager of the JETTIX Intern Engineering Software team. He helped recruit, train and manage a team of nine Software Engineer Interns. He developed the onboarding process. As a software engineer and full stack web developer he is creating both front and back end systems for clients like Southpaw Technologies and Rimble Technologies.

Kyle is a Junior at the University of California, Berkeley and is completing a B.A. in Computer Science. He is a member of the Upsilon Pi Epsilon Honor Society. While pursuing a degree in computer science, he has a special interest in Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, and Cybersecurity.

Scott Kuwahara

Director - Media Product development

As a Director of the Digital Media Division, Scott is responsible for developing new products, media and services targeted to the Gen Z Multicultural population especially in the video game industry. Scott is a Junior at the University of California, Santa Cruz and is completing a B.A. in Art and Design: Games and Playable Media.

Scott was a competitive Fortnite player, ranked highly in tournaments and was recruited to join a professional international team. His highlights included placing fourth in the Fortnite FNCS Grand Finals for North America. He is developing a new video game for JETTIX with a team of video game developers from UC Santa Cruz.

ALEXIS huang

Director - Video Games

As the Digital Media Director for JETTIX’ Video Game division, Alexis is responsible for overseeing and developing the graphic design encompassing different media platforms for all images. She is responsible for ensuring a consistent identity and image style for all video game products.

She is also the Project Manager and Graphic Designer for the JETTIX team which is developing an exciting new video game, She is responsible for keeping it on track and managing all the resources. She is proficient in the newest media development tools including Blender, Zbrush, Substance Painter, Adobe Photoshop, Procreate, and Clip Studio Paint.

Alexis is completing a Bachelor of Arts in Art and Design: Games and Playable Media at the University of California, Santa Cruz. Alexis is a commercial artist and her website www.Alexishuang.net showcases her portfolio.

ivan garcia-Sanchez

manager - jettix intern program & software engineer

As Co-Manager of JETTIX’ Software Engineering Intern program, Ivan is responsible for developing, training and managing the Software Engineering Intern program. He continuously communicates, supports and works with the 9 software engineering interns from multiple U.C. campuses.

Ivan received his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science: Computer Game Design from the University of California, Santa Cruz. He is an analytical backend software engineer with 2 years of experience programming high-efficient code for multiple web games. He is building his career in the software development industry utilizing his complex problem-solving ability to create intelligent solutions. Ivan is currently developing a new video game with other members of the JETTIX team.

Ricky diaz

co-Manager - JETTIX software engineer

Ricky Diaz is a Software Engineer for JETTIX and is responsible for developing applications to interface with the Southpaw Technologies Tactic Software System. He is proficient coding in Python, C, Java, Javascript with ML Pandas, Pytorch and Neural Networks. Ricky is graduating from the University of California, Berkeley with a degree in Computer Science. He is interested in applying AI and Data Science to practical solutions. 

Ricky does public speaking and will be presenting at the National Bioneers conference leading the discussion on “Persuasion” with LivingRoomConversations.org and Moveon.org founder Joan Blades. Ricky also co-manages our Disruptive Technologies Series and EngageNow National Youth Voting Initiative developing products for the Multicultural GenZ Tech youth. 

syrak micael

Manager - Disruptive tech program

As the Manager of JETTIX Disruptive Technology Investor program, Syrak is responsible for managing a team to identify and invite entrepreneurs, investors, corporate venture partners to attend the JETTIX monthly Disruptive Technology Deal Flow series.

Syrak is a Junior at the University of California, Berkeley. He transferred from Berkeley City College and is now completing a B.A. in Economics. He serves as the Community Outreach Executive for the Associated Students University of California’s Transfer program.

Rachel Cortez

manager - Marketing

As the Marketing Manager, Rachel works on web designs for JETTIX. She helps design websites as well as ensuring optimal user experience and functionality. She is also creating engaging media content to promote events and projects, maximizing visibility and audience engagement.

Rachel is a Junior at the University of California, Berkeley and is completing a B.A. in Data Science. She is a Project Manager with Optimir Consulting at UC Berkeley.
